Who do you currently sell to, stores or individuals?

Our customers are direct importers, wholesalers, upscale brand chain stores, and department store chains who are able to buy in bulk. Because of our minimum order requirements, we are not able to sell to retail establishments who normally are unable to meet our required quantities.

What is the minimum order requirement?

We will service bulk orders of value US$5,000 and above. Please remember to order at least 100 pieces each style if your order consists only of one color way. If you order assorted color ways, the minimum order requirement for each color way is 50 pieces each style. Note: This requirement may change any time. Please visit the product page to get the latest minimum requirement.

How do I pay for my bulk order?

For bulk orders worth US$20,000 and above, we require a Letter of Credit (LC). LC must be irrevocable and negotiable at sight. Expiry date must be 20 days after shipment date.

For bulk orders worth below US$20,000, you can use Telegraphic or Bank Transfer. If payment terms shall be by Telegraphic Transfer, we need a 50% deposit payment before production to confirm the order. Payment of the balance shall be before shipping.

How soon can you service my order?

Depending on the size of the bulk order, we require between 90 to 120 days minimum lead time for delivery or shipment date. If we are unable to adhere to this schedule because of large order volumes or scarcity of certain raw materials, we will communicate our changed schedule when we receive your order.

How will you ship my bulk order?

Our shipments are FOB Manila, which means the customer pays for freight and insurance. You should be the one to choose the shipping company or forwarder. In case you do not have a nominated shipping company, we can refer one for you. It would be best if you can contact a broker or forwarder in your area that has experience dealing with Asian handicraft shipments. They can give you more information on shipping costs, duties, taxes and procedures.

How will you pack my order?

We pack our bags individually in polybags, with inner paper stuffing inside the bags. We provide silica gel inside the polybag and pack the bags in corrugated master cartons of size 47x65x70 cms. We can fulfill other special packaging requirements on request. We give proper care and attention when packaging fragile items such as shell bags or shell accessories.

Do you use a metal detector before you ship an order?

The final stage in our packing process is the metal free area where each bag passes through sensitive metal detectors to ensure that no unnecessary metal objects like needles, staples, and pins remain inside the bags.

How can I order a sample?

Simply login and add items to your Handbag Inquiry List. While on the Handbag Inquiry List page, click on 'Inquire' button and complete our "Business Inquiry Form" by specifying that you are ordering a sample. You'll receive an email confirmation regarding your product samples request and an account manager will evaluate your eligibility for samples.

How will you ship my sample order?

You must have a courier account number with either FEDERAL EXPRESS, UPS or DHL. If you do not have a courier account number then we regret that we will be unable to process your sample order even if you send us the payment for the shipping services of your samples.

How soon will I receive my sample order?

We require between 15 to 30 days before delivery of the sample order and additional 3 working days for shipment via FEDEX, UPS or DHL. Maximum quantity is 6 pieces per season, One piece each style. If you want more samples than 6 pieces, we shall quote you the delivery date as our schedule allows it.

Can I continue to order more samples?

The sample order of no more than 6 pieces is a "sample order" and a bulk order should follow. You cannot use the sample order offer to buy in small quantity as you may wish to do.

Where can I find the prices of your handbags?

Due to the fact that prices of raw materials change from time to time, we are no longer publishing our prices in our website. You can select items you want to inquire, add them to your Inquiry Cart and request for prices. We will email you the prices as soon as we have finished researching your price request.

Do you do any custom manufacturing?

Yes, we do entertain made-to-order and custom designed bulk orders so long as you meet our sales conditions. Let us know your requirements through our online Business Inquiry Form.

What is the minimum order requirement for made-to-order designs?

For made-to-order designs, the minimum order requirement is US$15,000 or 2,000 pieces total quantity. You can fax us your design specifications for evaluation and quotation. Please visit the About Us page for our contact numbers.

Do you offer exclusive distribution?

Yes, we offer exclusive distribution by territory. Our minimum order for exclusive designs is 20,000 pieces per style with assorted colors.

Can you manufacture labels/tags to be placed on the bags?

Yes, our minimum order requirement for the labels/tags alone is 10,000 pieces.

Can you send a printed catalog?

Due to the high cost of printing and the fact that the pricing information is dynamic, we no longer send printed catalog of our collection.
